At Mount CrossFit, we provide a few different options for our membership to suit different lifestyles and needs. We’ll talk to you about what this looks like for you and how you can get the most out of your membership.
There are no terms or sign-up fees, with 2 weeks notice required for cancellations or holds (up to 4 weeks annually).
Attend 3x CrossFit Classes per week.
Giving you access to all classes, the weightlifting floor and open gym.
Access to our olympic lifting floor and training with the weightlifters.

We have a very unique program at Mount CrossFit, so we start all prospective new members with a free week to try a range of classes. This gives them the chance to feel the atmosphere we have and get a fun, safe workout too. It’s a great way for you to see if our facility is a good fit for you! We’ll also answer all your questions about membership, programs, and pricing.
Please note for safety reasons we have limited spaces available for free trials so bookings are essential.
Our classes are designed to be all inclusive with the opportunity to get a taste of what CrossFit is all about. CrossFit is hard work so don’t expect it to be easy, but do expect to have loads of fun with like-minded people. There are always a range of options to suit your fitness levels, and please talk to your coach if you have any injuries. Our classes cover warm-up, technique, gymnastics and strength with a focus on functional movement.
You’ll need to wear comfortable workout clothes and cross training/running shoes. Also make sure to bring a bottle of water and most importantly a positive “can-do” attitude!
If you’re new to CrossFit, we recommend you complete our On Ramp course, which is free with your membership. We cover the fundamentals of CrossFit, teaching you the basics first and then progressing onto the more technical movements that we train in classes. Our On Ramp course is broken into three 60min sessions held the first two Mondays and Wednesday of the month, and is run by the Mount CrossFit owners.
