We are an olympic weightlifting club that focuses primarily on improving the technical execution of the Snatch, Clean & Jerk and related lifts.
For those new to Olympic lifting, we offer 2x classes weekly with Commonwealth Games Olympic Lifter Hayley Whiting, who takes you through a range of movements to develop your lifting skills.
Monday & Wednesday 5:30pm
Expect to develop strength, explosiveness and coordination, in addition to improving confidence with weightlifting. You don’t have to compete in weightlifting to be a member of Mount Weightlifting however, if you would like to compete, we have membership plans and training programs to cater to your needs.
