Established in 2011, Mount CrossFit has proudly served as the pioneer CrossFit gym in the Bay of Plenty. Dedicated to fostering a healthier and fitter community, we create an inclusive and enjoyable environment for people of all ages and fitness levels. Our commitment to expert coaching, consistent programming, and unwavering member dedication ensures that every individual achieves their fitness goals with us.

Whether you’re interested in competing within the CrossFit community, or looking to improve you fitness and health in a fun, supportive environment, our classes provide a range of movements for all levels. We offer not only your conventional CrossFit group classes, but also weightlifting classes along with kids and teens classes.

Olympic Lifting

We are an olympic weightlifting club that focuses primarily on improving the technical execution of the Snatch, Clean & Jerk and related lifts. Our programs can both supplement your regular CrossFit training or can be a stand-alone program to improve your weightlifting.
