Community
We’re so proud of the community that we have at Mount CrossFit. Our members are welcoming, cheer for and push each other, and we see some incredible friendships build in the environment. We also try to have regular social events to get everyone together outside of the gym.
Open Gym
Our facility is large enough that our Unlimited members have access to Open Gym space and air compressed machines. Perfect for those who can’t make a class time or want to get some extra movement in.
Olympic Lifting Classes
Coached by our very own Commonwealth Games olympic lifter, Hayley Whiting. These classes will help you work on strength and skills to improve your weightlifting.
Expert Coaching
Our coaches are all part of the CrossFit community, having started at the beginning to learn all the movements. They’ll provide you with expert guidance, cues for movements and scaling options.
Programming for all levels
Whether you’re new to CrossFit or an elite athlete, we follow Mayhem Programming, which provides options for all levels of fitness. Got a niggle? Our coaches can also help provide alternative options around injuries.
